Browsing
You can browse the whole site without giving us anything. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party scripts on this site.
Your cart
Your cart is saved in the local storage of your browser, on your own device, so it is still there when you come back. Only when you press checkout are the items sent to us. You can clear it by removing the items or clearing site data.
Ordering
When you check out, Stripe collects your email, shipping address and payment details on its own page. We receive your email, shipping address, the items ordered and the payment status, and we use them to process, ship and support your order. Stripe handles your card details under its privacy policy; we never see your full card number.
Who else sees it
Amazon receives your name, shipping address and the items so it can pack and ship your order and send tracking. Stripe processes the payment. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Hosting
Netlify hosts this website, and delivering a page involves request information such as your IP address, browser and the page requested. We do not control how long the host keeps those logs.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting and tax law.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email support@thefurrypack.com. We will answer within 30 days; some order records must be kept by law.
Children
This site is for adults buying for their pets, not for children.
