Who we are
This website is operated by PawTrio, LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our returns and refunds policy and our privacy policy.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and shown live on each product page and in your cart. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the payment method.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns and refunds follow the policy linked above.
Product use
Our products are pet supplements for the animal named on the label. They are not for human consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Follow the directions on the label and speak with a veterinarian about your individual animal. Keep out of the reach of children and of animals other than the one it is intended for.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
