Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including its states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
Fulfillment
Your order is packed and shipped by Amazon from its fulfillment centers on our behalf. All products in one order ship together when they can. You get a confirmation email when you pay and a tracking email when the order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery is typically 3-5 business days after you place the order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see in your cart is the price you pay.
Wrong address, lost or damaged orders
Check your address at checkout, because we cannot always change it after payment. If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to support@thefurrypack.com and we will replace it or refund it.
